1. Overview
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Saybeam is operated by ClickCraft Ventures. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Product Description
The Saybeam Sculpt Brief is a high-waisted shaping brief featuring a 360° crossed-band construction in a seamless four-way-stretch fabric. It is available in sizes XS to 5XL.

The Sculpt Brief is an everyday shaping garment. Its smoothing effect is visual and present while the garment is worn. It is not a medical, orthopaedic or post-surgical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or correct any condition. If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from surgery, or have a circulatory condition, consult your healthcare provider before wearing compression garments. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort, numbness or restricted breathing.

3. Sizing
Sizing is based on waist measurement rather than standard clothing size. A size calculator and chart are provided on the product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Free size exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

4. Pricing and Promotions
All prices are listed in USD at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers at any time. Promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout where eligible and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net. Once shipped, our 30-day refund and free exchange policy applies.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net before initiating any chargeback or dispute. ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to contest chargebacks filed without prior communication.

8. Care Instructions
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and avoid fabric softener.
